elivery Within the UAE
At The House of Karji, we aim to offer a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
We currently offer:
- Same-day delivery within the Emirate of Dubai for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
- Delivery within 2 to 3 working days for all other Emirates in the UAE.
Only orders with delivery addresses within the UAE can be processed on our website.
Orders placed outside our working hours (9 AM to 8 PM) or during UAE public holidays will be treated as placed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Peak seasons
- Sale periods
- Public holidays
- Courier availability
- Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Time shall not be considered of the essence. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our courier will attempt to contact you up to four times to schedule delivery and may attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable) may include a delivery fee.
Pre-Order Delivery
Pre-order items do not follow normal delivery timelines.
They will be shipped according to the expected release date indicated on the product page.
Scheduled Delivery Time Slots
During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery time slot based on availability.
- The earliest slot usually begins at 9 AM, and hourly slots continue until 11 PM, depending on your area.
- Orders placed before 8 PM may qualify for same-day delivery in Dubai.
- Orders placed after 8 PM will be scheduled for the next working day.
General Delivery Conditions
While we strive to meet the delivery timelines shown on our website or order confirmation, all delivery times are estimates only.
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days from the order confirmation date, you may request a full refund.
Orders are delivered daily, except during UAE public holidays.
You must ensure that:
- Someone is available to receive the order
- The delivery address is accessible
- Any special instructions are communicated in advance
Delivery of Bulky or Special Items
Some items may require additional arrangements:
- We will contact you to schedule a delivery date
- You must ensure access through hallways, doors, staircases, and elevators
- A service elevator must be arranged for deliveries above the first floor
- Restricted access or failure to accept delivery may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees
If delivery cannot be completed, items may be stored free of charge for up to 30 days. After that, the order may be cancelled.
We are not liable for property damage caused by limited access, customer instructions, or items not fitting into your space.
Address Changes & Order Tracking
If your order has not yet been dispatched, our Customer Care team can assist you with changing the delivery address or date.
Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
We cannot change the delivery country under any circumstances.
When your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS containing your tracking details.
